All items are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment. Should you decide to print and mail this form, include your payment with the order to speed order processing. We return a confirmation on all E-Mail orders, but the items will be held until receipt of payments. We accept US cash, checks, and money orders. Please make them payable to "Susan Kearns" not to Glass Magic. Please E-Mail us about COD orders and any orders outside of the US, as the shipping and handling rates will vary. We ship orders USPS or UPS Ground at our discretion.
